To avoid any financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure, but also for more security during your vacation in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or Hotelstorno Premium (incl. helicopter rescue and accident package) with “Europäische Reiseversicherung AG”.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival: 10% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellations 89 days to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellations 29 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellations from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee
Late arrival, no arrival or early departure: 100% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fee
Deposit
In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required immediately after booking. You are welcome to give us your credit card details by phone or you can transfer the deposit amount to our following account:
