Check-In
Your studios & suites are ready for occupancy from 16.00 o’clock. Please let us know by phone (004355832716) if you are arriving after 8:00 pm to ensure a comfortable arrival.
Check-Out
We kindly ask you to vacate your studios & suites by 10.00 am. If you would like to go skiing or hiking on your departure day, you are welcome to leave your car in our garage free of charge (on Saturdays during the winter season, only available upon request).
Deposit
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required immediately after booking. You are welcome to give us your credit card details by phone or you can transfer the deposit amount to our following account:

Pets
We do not accommodate dogs or other pets in our house.
Non-smoking house
We generally don’t want people to smoke here. If you must, you can smoke in front of the house or on your balcony. Please make sure to close the balcony door or window behind you so the smoke doesn’t get into the room. Thank you for your consideration.
Payment methods
You can pay your deposit and your invoice amount in advance to our bank account. On site you have the possibility to pay cash, debit card, VISA or Mastercard.
Restaurants
Within 3-5 minutes walking distance you will find a selection of different restaurants to eat out in the evening. You can also help yourself from our fridge, heat up the fine food in your studios & suites and make yourself comfortable with a bottle of wine.
Village center
The village center and the village square are only a few meters away from our house. Here you will find various restaurants, a grocery store, the WälderMetzge for cheese and ham specialties, the alpine dairy, the community center with tourist information, bank, post office and police as well as a ski rental and sports store.
Ski pass cash desk
You can get your ski pass at the ski pass cash desk of the cable car at the village square, which is only a few meters away from our house.
Ski school shuttle
When booking a ski course at the Warth Ski School, we are happy to arrange a free ski school shuttle directly from our house to the Warth Ski School for children and beginners.
